The Valencian derby on Sunday, February 6th, between VCF Femenino and LUD Femenino will raise money for a good cause, as the shirts worn by the Valencia CF women's team will be auctioned to help one of the most important projects run by the VCF Foundation: Escoles Cor Blanquinegre.
Bidding opens at kickoff time for the derby.
MatchWornShirt is responsible for eliminating bacteria without damaging either the fabric or the player's signature, whilst guaranteeing the preservation of mud, grass and other elements of the game.
The money raised will go entirely to the socio-educational activity of the VCF Foundation's Escoles Cor Blanquinegre initiative.
Specifically, on the occasion of the International Day of Women and Girls in Science on February 11th, the VCF Foundation and the Health Research Institute of the Hospital Clinic of Valencia (INCLIVA) will launch a workshop/contest involving all the students on the Escoles Cor Blanquinegre scheme. The proceeds from the auction of the VCF Femenino shirts used in the Teika derby will go towards this cause.
